New Discovery That Helps You Lose More Weight and Inches

We all know by now that exercising helps improve our health and sense of well-being.  I always refer to it as my "fountain of youth".  When we exercise we sweat.  Sometimes when we exercise and push ourselves we overheat.  When you have extra pounds on your body, you tend to "overheat" earlier in your workout due to the excess insulation and burden on your body. 
 
A small study was recently presented that shows a successful way to help overweight women be more comfortable when exercising and thereby able to continue the activity for longer periods of time.  They trialed used of a hand-held cooling devices during the workout and had favorable outcomes.
